Hidden Valley Regional Park

Hidden Valley Regional Park provides outdoor public tennis against the foothills of East Reno. The facility features standard asphalt hard courts maintained under Washoe County Parks and Open Space, serving local neighborhood residents and players from across the Truckee Meadows. Because the courts sit exposed to high-desert weather, morning and late afternoon sessions offer the best playing conditions, with clear views across the valley. Play operates largely on a first-come, first-served basis for casual sets, rally practice, and local doubles pairings, while Washoe County permits organized clinics or tournaments. The environment is distinctly unpretentious, focused purely on recreation and accessible athletic space. Players share the wider park perimeter with trail runners and dog walkers, giving the complex an active, community-driven rhythm throughout the week.
