Players compete on tournament-standard sprung beech flooring under uniform, glare-free overhead lighting. The venue caters to daily club leagues, regular social box leagues, and elite PSA World Tour events. Managed in collaboration with Better, court reservations operate through an accessible online booking platform with flexible pay-and-play slots available alongside membership tiers. The resident community includes competitive county teams, university squads, and local casual players. After matches, visitors have access to spacious changing facilities and an open viewing gallery overlooking the courts.
