Life Time Westchester serves the greater White Plains and Westchester County tennis community with indoor, climate-controlled hard courts designed for year-round play. The cushioned court surfaces minimize joint impact during fast-paced baseline exchanges and serve-and-volley points. Uniform overhead LED lighting ensures clear sightlines across all courts without dead zones or harsh glare. The tennis community here is structured and active, hosting regular round-robins, in-house singles and doubles leagues, and competitive USTA team practices. Players can easily book courts, register for clinics, or schedule hitting sessions up to eight days in advance using the Life Time member app. Off the court, the environment is social and focused on athletic performance, bringing together dedicated local players for match play, drill sessions, and social mixers. Full access to expansive conditioning floors and recovery areas allows members to integrate strength work directly into their match routines.
