UNO Outdoor Venture Center Climbing Wall

Located within the University of Nebraska Omaha's Campus Recreation center, the Outdoor Venture Center Climbing Wall serves students, staff, and the local Omaha climbing community. The facility features tall vertical surfaces designed for top-rope and lead climbing, alongside dedicated bouldering terrain with varied angles and roof sections. Routes are frequently reset by experienced routesetters to deliver diverse movement styles across all grade levels, from introductory slabs to technical, pumpy overhangs. Safety and community development are central to daily sessions, with structured belay orientations and open-climb hours held throughout the week. Access is managed through UNO Campus Recreation guest passes and memberships, offering an easy check-in process at the equipment desk so climbers can gear up and get on the wall without hassle.
