Situated on Roney Street in downtown Durham, The Boulder Garden provides a dedicated space focused on indoor bouldering. The facility features dynamic climbing walls with diverse angles, ranging from technical slabs to steep overhangs, all lined with seamless, high-density safety padding. Regular route resets keep problems fresh and graded clearly across the V-scale to challenge different strength and skill levels. Climbers can drop in with day passes or opt for monthly memberships, with online waivers streamlining check-in at the front desk. The environment is collaborative and focused on climbing progression, making it a regular gathering spot for the Triangle's climbing community. Dedicated warm-up zones and hangboards allow athletes to train finger strength, mobility, and power endurance before taking on the circuit.

The gym includes diverse bouldering walls with textured wood finishes, heavy-duty impact-absorbing flooring, and bright overhead lighting. Clean restrooms and secure storage cubbies are situated directly near the climbing mats for convenience during training sessions.
Services & Enseignement
The Boulder Garden offers intro clinics, footwork and technique sessions, and scheduled community bouldering nights. Routesetters update sections weekly to provide consistent technical challenges. Gear rental is available at reception, and staff assist with first-time orientation and movement guidance.
