Squash Haven

Squash Haven is an athletic and academic youth development organization based at Yale University's Brady Squash Center in downtown New Haven. Operating on world-class international squash courts, the program pairs technical racquet training with daily academic tutoring and college readiness for local youth. The environment is focused and competitive, driven by a tight-knit community of dedicated scholar-athletes, collegiate coaches, and community mentors. Matches and drills unfold on regulation-sized courts with resilient maple plank flooring, flush plaster sidewalls, and glass back walls designed for spectators and coaching observation. While primarily dedicated to empowering New Haven public school students through after-school sessions and summer academies, the center also connects with the wider regional squash circuit through sanctioned tournaments, partner scrimmages, and community clinics. Court time and programming operate in close alignment with university schedules, ensuring high standards for equipment, safety, and training intensity.
