Located inside The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-on-Thames, Rock Up provides an energetic climbing and activity hub tailored for active families, youth groups, and new climbers. The main arena features over twenty distinct vertical climbing challenges reaching upwards of eight metres, each fitted with automatic belay systems that lower climbers smoothly back down. Alongside the climbing walls, a dedicated multi-tier soft play enclosure caters to toddlers and younger children. The atmosphere is vibrant and community-focused, regularly welcoming local families, school clubs, and social groups. Every session starts with a mandatory safety briefing and equipment fitting conducted by the arena team, followed by 55 minutes of open climbing on the walls. Timed slots run throughout the week, with online pre-booking strongly advised for weekends and school holidays. The on-site café serves freshly brewed coffee, hot snacks, and refreshments directly overlooking the climbing floor.
