Oakledge Tennis Courts

Located at the southern end of Burlington within Oakledge Park, the Oakledge Tennis Courts provide dedicated outdoor playing space steps from the Lake Champlain shoreline. The facility features regulation hard courts enclosed by perimeter fencing, accommodating singles and doubles play for neighborhood players, recreational leagues, and visitors coming off the Burlington Greenway. Maintained by Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront, the courts offer reliable asphalt surfacing with clean striping for standard ball bounce. The atmosphere is grounded in regular community use, with players sharing court time on a first-come, first-served basis during daylight hours. Its setting inside the larger public park means tennis sessions easily integrate with walking paths, picnic areas, and waterfront access. While municipal recreation programs occasionally utilize the space, the courts generally remain open for unreserved, walk-on community play without the barrier of private club membership fees.
