Located at Southdale Center in Edina, Life Time provides an athletic hub for the Twin Cities southwest metro tennis community. The facility features climate-controlled indoor hard courts designed for dependable year-round play, buffering players from freezing Minnesota winters and humid summer days. Tennis players gather here for structured competition through internal leagues, organized weekly mixers, and competitive drills. The court atmosphere is active and performance-driven, serving adult league players, junior development groups, and casual social hitters. Court reservations, league standings, and clinic registrations are managed directly through the Life Time digital app. Beyond the baseline, members utilize expansive strength training floors, steam rooms, and player lounge spaces, making it a comprehensive destination for match preparation, high-intensity workouts, and recovery.

The club offers indoor hard courts with uniform bounce and high-output LED lighting designed to reduce glare on overheads. Spacious baseline runoffs allow aggressive defensive play. Certified tennis professionals run private instruction, high-repetition stroke clinics, and junior development pathways.
