Golden Valley Park

Golden Valley Park serves North Valleys tennis players with dedicated outdoor hard courts maintained by Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space. Set against the desert foothills of northern Reno, the venue offers regulation asphalt courts suitable for fast-paced recreational rallies, singles drilling, and casual doubles matches. The park maintains a low-key neighborhood atmosphere where local players drop in for spontaneous hit sessions or regular weekend sets. Because the courts belong to a municipal public facility, court access operates on an unreserved, first-come, first-served basis during daylight hours, eliminating the need for paid memberships or club fees. The surrounding park infrastructure, including open turf fields and paved paths, provides plenty of space for warmups, footwork drills, and cooldown stretches away from the active baselines.
